Professional Analysis

After students complete the Performance Max assessment tool, an in-depth report outlining both strengths and development opportunities is generated. Students learn how their strengths match up to the college majors that interest them most. Specific majors that are a good fit for students are also identified.

Each student is paired with a trained and certified Associate who will analyze and present assessment results, as well as provide development suggestions and exercises to help the student’s future growth in specific areas of opportunity. These Associates have been trained to provide professional feedback on student’s behaviors, skills and competencies as they relate to their assessment results and decisions about college majors.
